• Two price levels on one page — the open one anyone can read, and the one belonging to the customer group the buyer sits in.
• An order list instead of a paragraph — the buyer ticks quantities and sends the lot; it reaches you as a table of codes and amounts, not text you have to decode.
• Count it yourself: how many mails last week asked «do you have it and what does it cost», and how many of those were about the same six items.
