What the site puts on the table before the first phone call

• Up to 6 stages of the job, written out on the page — what gets built, what is paid when that stage closes, what gets signed before the next one starts. (included from €450)
• Every stage carries its own proof — site photos taken when the stage closes, the handover sheet, and what stays with the client if the job goes no further.
• A section written plainly about stopping — who holds the unspent money, how the work is handed over at the stage it reached, on what terms it restarts. Nobody asks this on the phone. Everybody thinks it.
• The company is visible — registration number, year, the people and their trades, the machines you own, the sites running right now. No stock photos of somebody else's concrete.
• Count for yourself: out of the builder websites in your county, how many say what is paid at each stage and what happens if the job stalls?
