What a booking platform cannot put on a page

• A person, named — the page gives the name, the number and the channel that stays open while the traveller is away. Not a contact form. (included from €450)
• The situations you actually take on — cancelled flight, missed connection, a hotel with no record of the booking, lost luggage, an illness that moves the return date.
• The response window you stand behind — written down, together with who takes over while you sleep. Nothing you cannot keep.
• What the assistance does NOT cover is written IN FULL — if it has to be shortened, the page says so plainly and puts first the limits that decide the purchase: what falls on the airline and not on you, what the traveller pays out of pocket, the hours and channels outside which nobody picks up, trips booked elsewhere. Not the three convenient ones.
