• Your listings, with the date they were last updated — visibly alive, not recycled from last year. (included from €450)
• What you've already sold — streets, types, price bands. No client names, just proof that you close.
• You, with a name and a face — they're signing the largest document of their life. They want to know who with.
• Your fee, written down — how much, from whom, for what. The question that comes up on the first call anyway.
• Count it yourself: how many people ring to ask "is it still available?" about a listing you closed weeks ago. That's the time a self-updating list gives back.
