Whole sessions, not the six best frames — one christening from the guests arriving to the last photo, in order, 40-60 frames, the same set the family would receive. Who turns up with the camera that day — his name, not "our team", plus three sessions he shot himself. If on some dates you send a colleague, put him on the same page with his own work. People are allowed to know who walks into their house at six in the morning.
What you do when it goes wrong, written down in advance — rain on an outdoor ceremony: where you move. A body dies: you carry a second one, say which. You fall ill: who covers, by name. A card corrupts: say whether you shoot to two cards at once. These are facts about your gear and your arrangements, and you can check every one yourself.
What arrives and when — how many edited frames, in how many weeks, in what format, who edits them, how many extra frames on request, how long you keep the archive after delivery. As numbers, not as "fast" and "lots".
Count it yourself: open the enquiries from the last three months and make two piles — the ones starting with "how much?" and the ones starting with "I saw the christening in Bath, are you free on 12 July?". The second pile is made by the site, not by you: those people had seen enough to stop bargaining on price. If it is the thinner pile, your page lets them reach the money question before they ever see one whole day.
